Agreement

By using the Major Visibility website (majorvisibility.com) or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Major Visibility provides web design, e-commerce development, branding, and digital marketing services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs are agreed in writing before work begins on any project.

Hosting & Support Plan

Our hosting and support plan covers your domain name, SSL certificate, UK web hosting, automatic backups, and unlimited content updates — text changes, new or replaced photos, revised prices, opening hours, staff changes, new reviews and the like. Updates are usually live within 24 hours of you asking.

We are deliberately generous about what counts as an update: adding new content into an existing page is included, not billed.

What sits outside the plan is new pages and new functionality — additional pages, online booking, e-commerce, member areas, third-party integrations, or a redesign. These are quoted separately and agreed in writing before any work starts. If something you ask for falls outside the plan we will tell you before we do it, never after.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed before each project. A deposit is typically required before work begins, with the balance due on completion. Monthly hosting and support fees are billed monthly at the rate quoted to you by direct debit or card payment.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the rights to all custom design work, including logos, graphics, and website content created specifically for your project. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation

Monthly hosting and support plans can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Refunds for project deposits are assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on work already completed.

Limitation of Liability

Major Visibility is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
